Our Story

CXV Engineering, Inc. is a Florida-based consulting firm that specializes in traffic engineering services.  The firm was founded by Carlos X. Valentin, a licensed professional engineer, which at the time of inception had over 16 years of experience practicing traffic engineering and working closely with private developers, local governments, stakeholders and other professionals.
